Shane Neaves, CEO of Peninsula Villages on Central Coast NSW, offers a fresh approach to supported living for aged care and independent living. Shane will describe his experience of operating his organisation with a Consumer
Directed care model.
Karen Ross, Director and CEO of the Erigo Group has over 30 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), and 20 years’ experience as a health and aged care Consultant, Karen is a powerhouse of industry experience
and knowledge.
