WorkSafe approved training

Training for Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) within your facility.

Both the HSR Initial and Refresher OHS Training Courses cover in an integrated way all learning outcomes for Health and Safety Representative (HSR) training such as:

  • What is an HSR?
  • What can HSRs do in their workplaces?
  • How can HSRs represent members of their Designated Work Group (DWG)?

Every effort has been made to make these courses enjoyable by incorporating activities and reflections that are experiential, learner-centred and multi-sensory.

Activities include role-plays, flipchart-based discussions, paired work and group work. Reflections are built upon discussions, group interactions and individual processing.
