WorkSafe approved training designed specifically for Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) and Deputy HSRs.
Both the HSR Initial and Refresher OHS Training Courses cover in an integrated way all learning outcomes for Health and Safety Representative (HSR) training such as:
- What is an HSR?
- What can HSRs do in their workplaces?
- How can HSRs represent members of their Designated Work Group (DWG)?
Every effort has been made to make these courses enjoyable by incorporating activities and reflections that are experiential, learner-centred and multi-sensory.
Activities include role-plays, flipchart-based discussions, paired work and group work. Reflections are built upon discussions, group interactions and individual processing.
Erigo Training is the approved training provider for this WorkSafe approved training course.
Please note: Erigo training courses are delivered on-site within your facility so, minimum numbers (10 participants) ( Maximum of 20 participants) are required to run training programs.
