About the program
It is a free workplace safety consultation service, delivered by Erigo (independent occupational health and safety experts), specialising in the health and aged care sectors to provide you with practical recommendations for workplace safety. Administered by Work Safe, your organisation or business benefits from practical, tailored safety advice from an independent OHS consultant (Erigo M.A.C.). The program is delivered over 3 visits: the initial visit, follow up visit and closure visit. You will also get a phone call after the initial visit. Delivered over a period of up to 12 months, you have nothing to lose by getting tailored and independent workplace safety recommendations.
Who’s eligible?
- Small and medium businesses (up to 60 workers) with a WorkCover insurance policy.
60 workers = the equivalent of 60 full-time hours a week (38 x 60 = 2280 hours). - Sole traders with contractors may be also eligible to apply but must hold a WorkCover insurance policy.
